Amanda Licorish Sahali – Secretary

Amanda’s passion lies in working with the Seattle community to provide diverse environments filled with art, entertainment, and enrichment. She believes that creating vibrant communities starts with stability and has become a fierce advocate for secure housing, anti-displacement and affordable homeownership efforts. She is known to be a thoughtful communicator who uses anti-racist ideas to forward conversations. 


Outside of her work at the Seattle Office of Arts and Culture, Amanda can be found celebrating her Afro-Caribbean heritage, working on her family’s Popsicle business- Ma & Pops and supporting community organizations as a Board Member and volunteerS
